10 MINUTE EGG ROLL IN A BOWL RECIPE

This dish is so much healthier than panda express and cheaper too! I promise it might seem easier to just run through the drive-thru but hold out sister! Your body and wallet will thank you in the long run! Makes enough for about 4 people or multiple meals for you! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Lean ground turkey (or beef, sausage, or another meat substitute)

7 cups of Coleslaw

1 tablespoon of Ginger

1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1/2 cup of Green Onions

1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

2 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar

~ For a spicy kick add 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes & a little sirracha~

1. I like to add some minced garlic and olive oil to a pan on medium heat

1. Cook meat until fully cooked
2. Add in Coleslaw and the rest of the ingredients and cook for roughly 5 minutes or until everything is evenly coated and slightly browned

There ya go, ready to serve!!
